  • How does consulting work?

    Every business is different, so we start with a conversation. Fill out the form with a little about your company and what you're working through, and I'll reply with a link to book a free 15-minute intro call. If we decide to work together after that, I work at an hourly rate.

  • Are you interested in buying my business?

    Possibly. I'm interested in wholesale distribution companies in the Southeast or Midwest. If that sounds like yours, send a note through the form.

  • What size businesses do you work with?

    Mostly small and medium-sized, owner-led companies, the kind where finance, operations and strategy all land on the same few people.

  • Is what I share kept confidential?

    Yes. Anything you share about your business stays between us.

  • Do you work with companies outside Charlotte?

    Yes. I'm based in Charlotte, NC, and can work with companies anywhere by phone or video.
